Hi, we are Dean and Elani, the founders of Dela is, and we recently bought a 1993 RV, ripped out almost everything, and renovated it ‘Vanlife’ style, but as with everything in life, it is an ongoing process… 

We love to just drive… with windows open,  wind in our hair, and breathtaking views of what the South Coast of Portugal so effortlessly seems to offer.

We feel so lucky to be able to live this lifestyle and often wonder why not more people are doing this??

We are total foodies, love animals and nature, laugh a lot, are eternal optimists, and love to be around people who have good values, high standards, and epic vibes.

We thought of creating Dela is, because we struggled, we had no idea what we were doing, where to go, where to find water, electricity, dumping, etc. 

We sometimes still feel this way…

Our current plans are to travel the whole of Portugal, if possible in a year,
learn the language, and explore all the beauty that this magical country has to offer.
